Activation:
To activate your service, contact us to start the process. We’ll ship you a triple cut T-Mobile SIM card via USPS Stamp Mail, and the first month’s plan is included. Please allow up to 24 hours for service activation.
Feature:
Our SIM card comes with the option to add a $5 Mexico/Canada Roaming Feature, which includes 5GB roaming data in Mexico/Canada. You can also choose the $15 NA Stateside International Calling feature. Please note that the Canada & Mexico feature is optional for both plans, and there is no hotspot available in these countries. Please check the T-Mobile coverage map in Canada & Mexico before making a purchase.
Returns/Cancel Policy:
Our service is prepaid, and therefore we do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once activated.
Activation Details:
A new number will be issued by default. You can choose your area code if available, but you cannot choose your number. Please note that if you activate the SIM card through any other means besides contacting us, you will have to pay the full price ($15-$70), and this offer will be voided. You cannot have the SIM card activated somewhere else and then ask us to fund it for you. Only through us will you get the discount!
Phone Requirements:
To use our SIM card/service, you need to make sure that you have a non-blacklisted, clean IMEI, unlocked VoLTE 4G, 5G GSM, or VoLTE 4G, 5G T-Mobile phone. This SIM card will not work in tablets or standalone hotspot devices – it is only compatible with cellphones and their built-in hotspot so that you can connect your other devices to the phone’s hotspot.
